Matt, our resident Animator, recently created this animation, to show how easy it is to install the system. We could explain it to you, but if you watch this video once, you’ll “get it” right away. Let us know what you think:

Pretty straightforward, right?

Not only is the system rugged by design, the PP225 was also engineered with 39° height adjustability, which gives the contractor installing the system not only an easy install, but a customizable solution, as well.

The base plate is manufactured in sizes ranging from 6” x 12” all the way up to 14” x 24”, and the bracket measures 6” L x 1.5” W x 8.8” H, when extended to the most upright position. Both the base plate and brackets are available in Aluminum, Brass, or Stainless Steel.

The system can be flashed with an optional target patch, will work on slate, composition shingle, and cedar shingle roofing, and is compatible with both ice flags and ice screens (ice screens are shown in 2 images below).

You can even choose to have your system powder-coated to match the roofing material! Everything is made in the USA, so fast lead times are part of the deal when you work with us.

Thanks to our fantastic customers for sending us installation images, we’re able to show you these great images:

Hayden

The image above shows the system installed with brass brackets and brass pipe, and with the addition of optional ice flags. Thanks to Hayden Building Maintenance Corp. out of West Nyack, NY for sending this our way. Hayden was ranked 39th of the Top 100 Roofing Contractors of 2015 by Roofing Contractor Magazine, and this photo shows some of the spectacular work they did on Vassar College’s All Campus Dining Center (they even won the coveted NRCA Gold Circle Award in 2014 for their work).

Here’s another great image from The Melanson Company in Bow, NH, showing the system used in conjunction with our PD40 pad-style snow guards on this beautiful roof.
